Webook operates a platform that connects travelers with vetted travel specialists. Webook acts as an intermediary—we are not a travel agency, tour operator, or supplier of travel services. The travel specialists are independent professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting trip requests, maintain the confidentiality of your account, and use the platform only for lawful purposes related to travel planning.

4. Travel Specialist Relationships

Your contractual relationship for travel services is directly with the travel specialist you select. Webook is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the services provided by specialists.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Webook platform, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Webook or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webook's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from travel arrangements made through specialists.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Modifications

Webook reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
